I like the overall feel, but you could tweak his lips, they look funny. I mean try to make such an expression in the mirror, especially the left mouth corner. And his neck is a bit too long,
and the color of him a bit too red, and if i were you i would not add that much texture to the hair,
but his eyes and the nose are great!
